That was not a problem or challenge. If there are no changes to your contract code, then no reason to perform the compilation process. What you can do is simply make trivial changes to the code. You could even add an unnecessary line of comments or simply rename a variable anywhere it shows up in the file. The tool such as hardhat would detect the changes, and recompile the contract.
