In this tutorial we’ll be explaining the governance mechanisms on the Celo platform, including the on-chain voting process. Guide users on how to participate in voting, delegate voting power, and propose or discuss protocol upgrades. Provide step-by-step instructions on interacting with the governance contracts and demonstrate how community members can actively contribute to the platform’s development.
Hi @jimohyusufolatunji4 this is a celo based platform so all proposals should be Celo Specific only and not ethereum as stated above. Kindly check out the proposal guidelines. Call for Proposals: Guidelines for Celo Academy Community

We look forward to your best as promised.

One of the rules of the platform is to be careful choosing our words. If a post is flagged, there’s something wrong with it. And you don’t even know if it’s the team or moderators that flags. Let’s desist from hate speeches. Many of us take flagging so serious but It isn’t as bad as that. If y’all read rules and how to use discourse, you won’t even bother when you’re flagged. It only says: fix issues in your post, and you’re good to go. It’s really difficult to please people. Sometimes you call them out, they get mad, you go to dm, they get angry, so if you flag, they rage.
