In this tutorial we will focus on designing and building an election results tallying system. Emphasis is placed on designing , by looking at the problem using an actual real context(Kenyan elections). Using our case study we implement our solution using celo blockchain and possible ways of improvement. The solution is both scalable and generic enough to be implemented in other elections.
