I would suggest just one tiny adjustment to be added to these guidelines to specifically the ‘Non-technical topics for consideration’ part that might change so much
Tutorials that steer or lead to another tutorial following the guidelines might be considered
Tutorials that serve as a necessity of understanding for another tutorial (that is following strictly the guidelines) might also be considered

Just that creators have to state what exactly the benefit will be to a celo developer or the reader
